There will be a few changes to the way we are doing things this year at the Harvest Festival

1.  All carnival games, kids auction, and bounce house
WILL REQUIRE TICKETS.

2  Silent Auction - Everyone will be given a number to use for your bidding - BIDDING WILL CLOSE AT DIFFERENT TIMES DURING THE FESTIVAL.  We will have different tables and each of them will have different closing times  So you need to watch and see which baskets you bid on and the time they close.  This will hopefully help with the congestion.  Each table will have a sign posted above to tell you when those particular baskets will be closing.

3.  FOOD - Come hungry....Famous Dave, Louies Pizza and Itailian will be catering our event.  Along with Moxie Java, Cowboy Caviar, Donuts, Hot Chocolate, Kettle Korn, and Cotton Candy!  All vendor will only except CASH/CHECK!

4.  Carnival, Silent Auction, and Food Vendors will all start at the same time.  Everything starts at 5:30
Entertainment will begin at 7:00.
